RETURN POLICY

IN-STORE PURCHASES

A full refund is given within 7 days of purchase.  Refund will be issued in original form of payment.  Credit or debit card used at the time of purchase must be present at the time of return otherwise store credit will be issued.  Payments made with a check will receive cash back.

 

Store credit will be issued within 14 days of purchase.  Items received as gifts and returned will receive store credit.

 

FINAL SALE ITEMS (include but are not limited to): Clearance, sale, custom or special orders, and undergarments; all items purchased at our outlet location.


ONLINE ORDERS

We attempt to guarantee your 100% satisfaction with any of our full price and non-custom products for a period of 7 days after receipt.

 

NOTIFY US!
Contact us immediately at info@auberginehome.com or call 843-768-5554 if you are not satisfied with your order.  We will issue a return authorization via e-mail once we have verified that the item is eligible for return (see below). Any unauthorized return will be returned to the customer at their cost.

 

PLEASE SAVE ALL ORIGINAL PACKING ITEMS AND FILLERS INCLUDED WITH YOUR PURCHASE. After contacting us, you will receive detailed return procedures. Please include the reason for the return along with your documentation. If not re-packed as it was originally shipped, we will not authorize the return.

 

Only returns that have been pre-authorized may be returned. Please contact us for authorization within 7 days of delivery to apply for a return. With the exception of damaged merchandise, return shipping costs are at your expense. If you received FREE SHIPPING on the original purchase, these costs will be deducted from the refund.

 

After you have received a return authorization, the merchandise must be returned within ten (10) business days. Returns after this period will not be accepted and no credit issued.

 

  • Eligible Items for Return:

Items must be returned in their original packaging in unused condition. Soiled/used items will be refused and returned to you at your expense. Returns on eligible items that are not defective will incur a 25% restocking fee. Refunds are issued in the original payment form and price, less shipping and handling, re-stocking fees and return shipping charges.  Standard shipping charges will apply for all "free shipped" non-defective items.

 

  • Non-eligible Items for Return:

All furniture, bedding (including all bedding textiles), towels, clothing, custom made-to-order items (these are items where you choose specific colors or are described as made upon order placement), any item from our art galleries, personalized and monogrammed pieces, items purchased from our outlet location and CLEARANCE items are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

UNFORTUNATELY, WE DO NOT SHIP INTERNATIONALLY.

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are based on total purchase order amount (before tax where applicable), as well as, shipping option selected at checkout (i.e. ground, expedited, overnight).  Fees also include insurance for the total amount purchased.


SHIPPING TIME
Normally, expect delivery of in-stock items via ground within 7-14 business days after order is received.  Shipping times vary depending on shipping address.  We reserve the right to determine which carrier your package will be delivered by (i.e. USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc).

Expedited shipping incurs higher shipping rates.  For expedited shipping, please select the "Expedited Shipping" option at checkout.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship our packages via various carriers including USPS, FedEx and UPS.  Whenever possible, we email you tracking information on your order.  If you have not received tracking information, please contact the store.  It is also our goal to ship your order in the smallest number of packages possible.  All shipments include insurance to cover any damage that may occur during shipment.  While we try our hardest to wrap fragile items well enough to prevent any damage, damage does sometimes happen.  IF ANY ITEMS IN THE ORDER ARRIVE DAMAGED, PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY!

Our goal is to have merchandise shipped out as soon as possible – provided the items are in stock.  Please allow more time for custom orders or Jacaranda products.  Please leave a note in the comment box during checkout if you would like us to contact you with an estimated ship date for such items.

Express orders will be shipped out the business day after it is received with the exception of special order items and backordered items. Orders can be shipped via Overnight Express or 2 Day Express.
